These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and toto12 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://toto12.casa ("the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the toto12 Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

toto12 operates under an international gaming licence. Malaysian players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering or wagering on this platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the toto12 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. toto12 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the toto12 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the toto12 platform, including any self-exclusion request you have personally submitted.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered Account only on the toto12 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. toto12 will rely on this information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and account security purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying toto12 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details remain current and accurate at all times.

toto12 will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from toto12, you should treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

toto12 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to the Player Balance instantly.
• Deposits via FPX bank transfer may take 5 to 15 minutes to appear in the Player Balance.
• toto12 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
• Any active bonus funds must have fully satisfied their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer, particularly during weekends or public holidays.
• toto12 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered under the same verified identity as the Player Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

toto12 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern their use. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these General Terms and the specific terms of that promotional offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or wager is typically capped between RM25 and RM500. Exceeding this cap while using bonus funds may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Individual bonus terms specify the applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the specific offer — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issue or claim.
• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Abuse and Exploitation: toto12 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects manipulation, exploitation, or abuse of the promotion system.

toto12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible Players under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino wagering conducted through the toto12 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections, including event, market, odds, and stake, before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a clear pricing error or technical fault that results in an obviously incorrect odd being offered, toto12 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player Balance.
• Live betting odds and markets are subject to fluctuation and may be suspended at any time. toto12 cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any event.
• Results for sports events (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets) are settled based on officially declared results from the relevant sporting body. toto12 does not consider unofficial or disputed results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits may vary by event, market type, and account tier, and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). toto12 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto12 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of all associated balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to toto12:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or otherwise attempting to deceive toto12 or its staff.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across accounts, or engaging in matched betting or other systematic strategies designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes, facilitates, or conceals money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between toto12 and other operators for guaranteed profit, regardless of game or market outcome.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals following a deposit to the Platform.

toto12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• toto12 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player requests self-exclusion through toto12's responsible gambling tools.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money Player Balance (net of bonus funds and after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to final review. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.

Players may voluntarily close their own Account at any time by contacting toto12 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

All content on the toto12 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of toto12 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of toto12.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto12 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, error, or failure in the operation of the Platform attributable to events beyond toto12's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform, which are a natural consequence of wagering activity and not a matter of Platform liability.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, toto12's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto12 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, termination, or the consequences of its nullity — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account action, Players are encouraged to first contact toto12's support team to seek informal resolution before pursuing formal dispute procedures. toto12 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days.

Malaysian players are reminded that disputes relating to online gambling may have limited recourse under Malaysian domestic law. Players are responsible for understanding the legal context applicable to their use of the Platform.

toto12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the toto12 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
